The journal Papers in Political Economy/ Interventions économiques is a scholarly journal that focuses on theoretical debates in political economy and socio-economics, evolution and socio-economic transformations of modern society and the results of research in these various fields.

Papers in Political Economy/ Interventions économiques publishes analysis and research results that can come from all social sciences, but focuses on topics related to political economy, economic sociology, work and employment, work organization, development issues (at the local, regional, international level), globalization and international political economy, and the analysis of the writings of major authors in these fields.

The journal publishes thematic issues on authors like Polanyi, Veblen, Commons and Schumpeter and is very interested in receiving propositions for issues on authors in heterodox economics, political economy and economic sociology in particular.

Directed by an Editorial Board and an International Scientific Committee, the journal usually publishes thematic issues.
